1. Account & Corporate Qualifications Our products are exclusively available to corporate buyers. Prior to establishing a formal partnership, we reserve the right to request relevant business licenses, company registration documents, or proof of retail qualifications.
2. Pricing & Payment Terms
- Prices displayed on the website or lookbooks are for reference only. Final pricing is subject to the Proforma Invoice (PI) issued by us.
- For bulk production orders, we typically require a [e.g., 30%-50%] deposit prior to production. The remaining balance must be settled before shipment or against the copy of the Bill of Lading (B/L).

4. Force Majeure dragonrade shall not be held liable for any delays in delivery or failure to perform obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, international trade embargoes, strikes, or major global supply chain disruptions.
